Shipping Time

You could receive your package within 2-3 days if your address is in Serbia. For other European countries, delivery may take 3-5 days.Please note that for advanced or customized products, the delivery time may be around 2-3 weeks. In such cases, we will provide you with an estimated shipping time. Thank you for your understanding.

After your order has been successfully paid for and confirmed, the delivery time and shipping cost will be displayed on the order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message that outlines the processing time for your order.It may take 1-2days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

A shipment notification message will be sent to you, providing the delivery time for each package once it is shipped. A tracking number will also be provided when it is ready. You can view the delivery time for each package in your order history at the same time.

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by factors such as flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external circumstances.
